Store Policies
Most of the items offered on our website are also available for purchase in our store. We are diligent about keeping our online inventory as up to date as possible, but sometimes, we may no longer have, or may be unable to locate, an item purchased through the website. In the event that we are not able to fulfill your order, we will contact you and the purchase price will be refunded. In that case, you will also be issued a $5.00 in store shopping credit for your next visit.
Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping:
We offer shipping via USPS Media Mail. Shipping is calculated by the total weight of items in your order. We do not currently offer expedited shipping services online, however it is available for an additional charge. Please call the store after placing your order if you wish to upgrade your shipping service.

Items will be shipped within two business days from order placement.

In-Store Pickup:
If you selected in-store pickup, you will contacted within 24 hours to let you know when your items will be ready

Returns:
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes an item needs to be returned.
The photographs used for the online store are images of the actual item that you will be purchasing. However most images are simply the front cover. If you are purchasing a rare or collectible item, we encourage you to contact us before purchase to request additional photographs and/or description. We are happy to oblige!
Remember our books are used and are sold "as is". We will never intentionally sell an item that is damaged, but please be aware that some titles may have normal wear and tear (a previous owner's name inside, some dog-eared pages, etc.)
-Returns/exchanges will be accepted within 7 days with an accompanying receipt or invoice if the item is damaged, incorrect, or does not match the item description. Please contact us immediately so we can solve your issue in the quickest way possible. Return shipping will be paid by the buyer.
-Special order items that have been ordered specifically at your request may not be returned.

Privacy Policy:
We are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. Personal information is collected in order to directly fill your order. We will never sell your information. Name, phone number, and address information may be saved or shared with employees who have a reasonable need to use the information to provide products to you.

Store Policy:
-Used books purchased in store are sold "as is" and may not be eligible for returns.
-No soliciting (unless it's books!)
-PLEASE do not bring outside food or drinks into store!
